 Workshops for grades 5 and up.

Contact your librarian for dates and locations.  Space is limited!  Registration is required.

June Workshop: Take a Hike!  June 18

Participants will meet at Devil's Den State Park for a guided nature hike.  Explore the unique geology and history of the park.

July Workshop:  Be a Chef!  July 15

Apple Seeds Teaching Farm will provide a farm-to-table experience, in which participants will learn how to prepare food from the garden.

August Workshop:  Eat Like You Live Here! July 29-August 5

Learn how to make healthy snacks from locally grown fruits and vegetables.  Smoothies, salsa, and more!

Six weeks of programs for grades K-4!        June 20-July 28         No registration required.

On Your Mark, Get Set...READ!  is the theme for our exciting summer program for elementary children.  Our six weeks of programs--June 20-July 28--will focus on recreation and life-long fitness.  Paricipants will meet local people who enjoy all kinds of sports, learn how to play some games from other countries, and complete a variety of challenges to win prizes.
