Gladina Harris "Medal of Merit" On Friday, October 31, 2008, Deputy Harris and five other civilians risked their own lives when they jumped into the river without hesitation and rescued a teenager after he drove off a bridge and into the water. The teenager is alive today because of the selfless actions of Deputy Harris and the other five civilians. |
