NOTICE OF ELECTION
GENERAL ELECTION RUN-OFF
NOVEMBER 27, 2012

The Board of Election Commissioners of Washington County, Arkansas, pursuant to Arkansas election law 7-5-202, does hereby proclaim that a General Election Run-Off will be held in Washington County, Arkansas, on Tuesday, November 27, 2012.

To check your voter registration status and find your polling place go to www.voterview.org. If your voter registration has changed and if you have questions concerning your eligibility to vote, or don’t have access to the internet, please call the County Clerk’s office at 444-1711 prior to Election Day.

Early voting:

County Clerk’s Office, Washington County Courthouse: Tuesday, November 20th Wednesday, November 21st, and Monday, November 26th.
Regular Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Courthouse will be closed, Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Absentee ballots will be opened, and processed beginning at 6:00 p.m. on November 27, 2012 in Room 140 of the Washington County Courthouse. The absentee and early ballots will be tabulated beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse. Those results will not be reported until after 7:30 p.m.

The Election Day Ballots from the precincts listed above will be counted beginning after 7:30 p.m., also in Room 115 of the Washington County Courthouse.
