This allows you to conduct your assessment of personal property without making a special trip into the Assessors Office.  The on-line assessment is for individuals who have no changes to their assessed property or who are simply deleting property they no longer own. 

Those needing to conduct assessment of business personal property will not be able to use this service but they will still have same services that have been provided for them in the past.  Also, individuals with special circumstance, i.e. property with permanent tags, will have additional requirements.

Please remember to assess your personal property between January 1st and May 31st each year to avoid a 10% penalty. To renew your existing assessment:

Call 444-1520 to assess by telephone during business hours or Drop by any of our three locations:

  • Fayetteville: Washington County Courthouse--7:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Springdale: Arkansas State Revenue Office--7:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Lincoln: Arkansas State Revenue Office--8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Alternatively, mail a request to be assessed along with a listing of your vehicles, including Year, Make, Model, VIN, and Style (LX, GS,etc., 2 or 4 wheel drive, or other description). Mail requests to:

New residents must visit one of the offices in person with a copy of the vehicle registration for each vehicle to be assessed.

Residents who have recently purchased a vehicle should visit one of the offices in person with the title and bill of sale for the vehicle.
