Employee Training and Development

Employee Training and Development is one of the most vital facets of creating a highly effective, motivated work team. Employers who invest in their employees personal development see much higher productivity and greater employee dedication to the organization. Training venues are becoming more accessible everyday with many local seminars and online webinars available. Despite these options, there is still a great demand for onsite group training. The Human Resources Department has taken great efforts in the last few years to improve the quantity and quality of training programs provided, and to create employee access to films and materials that will improve employee knowledge and skills.

Need to do training in your department, but just can't seem to get everyone together for a formal training session? The Human Resources Department has several training films in both VHS and DVD format. We do check films out to Department Heads. Simply stop by the HR Department and sign a checkout request form.
