The Human Resources Department of Washington County is glad to be able to serve both the citizens of Washington County and the employees of this organization. We are dedicated to provide quality service both during the application process, and throughout employment. Please feel free to contact the department with any questions regarding employment, benefits, training, wage withholding, or Washington County policy.

Information available through our web site includes a listing of current job postings (updated daily), job descriptions for all of our positions, a list of current salary ranges and various employement related forms and documents. Also included is a listing of current training films available for checkout to departments and details on employee benefits.

Both Online and paper applications are available, but are accepted only for positions that are currently open. You may include a resume with your application, if you wish, but it can not be submitted in lieu of an application.

Applications for employment with Washington County can be obtained from and must be returned to the Washington County Human Resources' Office located at 280 N. College, Suite 510, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please click on the employment  link on the left of the page for further information.
