The Washington County Environmental Affairs Office will be closed on July 3rd & 4th in observance of the Independence holiday.

Effective Monday, May 18, 2015 the recycling fee for TV and computer cathode ray tube (CRT) monitors will be $10.  CRT monitors are thick-bodied, heavy items.  This price increase is due to new fees being charged to the County.

Effective May 1st, 2015 Washington County Environmental Affairs and Recycling will begin accepting fluorescent bulbs from businesses.  A fee is being applied to bulbs to cover the cost of recycling.  The fee will apply to businesses, non-profits, and residents.  For more information, click here.
