Washington County Archives

Court Records include records of the Circuit Court, as well as records of the Chancery and Probate Courts. Beginning with 1828, these records contain information on  civil and criminal cases, as well as divorces, property disputes, and disputes involving the estates of deceased individuals.  The Archives houses Civil, Criminal, and Chancery Court Files through 2000 and Probate Files through 1973.
