New Benefit Elections:
Changes to Benefit Plan Elections can only be made
during Open Enrollment, unless the employee encounters a qualifying
event. To be classified as a qualifying event, the event must fall
within one of the IRS defined categories. The IRS allows a 30 day
timeframe from the date the event occurs to make benefit changes. If you
have questions concerning benefit changes contact the benefits office at
