A G E N D A

 
1.         Call to Order.

2.         Adoption of Agenda.

3.         Treasurer=s Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney will review the monthly revenue reports with the Committee.  Reports will be distributed at the meeting.

4.         Comptroller=s Report. Cheryl Bolinger, County Comptroller, will update the Committee on the monthly financial reports.

5.         An Amended Resolution Endorsing The Participation Of SourceGas, LLC Instead Of Arkansas Western Gas In The Sales And Use Tax Refund Program.   Rather than Arkansas Western Gas, Resolution No. 2009-05 should have endorsed the parent company of SourceGas.  (5.1, 5.2)

6.         An Ordinance Clarifying Ordinance No. 2008-53 Pertaining To The Issuance Of Revenue Bonds For The Historic Courthouse Project.  This ordinance has been drafted by the County Attorney at the request of the State Auditors.  (6.1)

7.         Request from County Judge Marilyn Edwards to Transfer $14,000 Within the Building & Grounds Budget for 2010.  This transfer of funds is needed to purchase a video server for the Historic Courthouse.  (7.1, 7.2)

8.         An Ordinance Recognizing Additional Revenues In The Amount Of $49,075 In The Assessor’s Fund For 2010; And, Appropriating The Amount Of $49,075 From The Assessor’s Fund To The Assessor’s Budget For 2010.    Washington County has received these reimbursement monies from the State’s Property Tax Relief Trust Fund.  (8.1, 8.2)

9.        Request from Sheriff Tim Helder to Recognizing Additional Revenue of $1,000 in the General Fund; and Appropriating the Amount of $1,000 from the General Fund to the Sheriff-Law Enforcement Budget.  This request is for the purpose of setting up a fund for the purchase of evidence and information.  (9.1)

10.      Report from County Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship on Grants Awarded to the County and Related Appropriation Requests and Resolutions Needed for the Submission of Grant Applications.

                              o       A Resolution Authorizing The Submittal Of A Grant Application To The Arkansas Department Of Environmental Quality, Solid Waste Management Division E-Waste Grant Program.  (10.1) 

• An Ordinance Anticipating Additional Revenue Of $17,385 In The General Fund; And Appropriation The Amount Of $17,385 From The General Fund To The EPA Education Grant Budget For 2010. (10.2)
   

• An Ordinance Recognizing Additional Revenues In The Amount Of $5,000 In The General Fund For 2010; And, Appropriating The Amount Of $5,000 From The General Fund To The Environmental Affairs Budget For 2010.  (10.3)
   

• An Ordinance Anticipating Revenue Of $140,000 In The ACEDP Southeast Water Project Fund; And Appropriating $140,000 From The ACEDP Southeast Water Project Fund To The Disaster Relief Budget For 2010.  (10.4)
   

• An Ordinance Anticipating and Appropriating Revenues Totalling $9,061,000 for the Washington County Southeast Water Project-Phase II.  (10.5)

 11.       Other Business.  Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
