A G E N D A

 
  1.        Call to Order.

  2.        Adoption of Agenda.

  3.       Treasurer=s Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney will review the monthly revenue reports with the Committee.  Reports will be distributed at the meeting.

  4.       Housekeeping Ordinance for 2009:  This is the annual housekeeping ordinance that is needed for the Comptroller to close out the 2009 financial books. 

  5.      Comptroller=s Report. Cheryl Bolinger, County Comptroller, will update the Committee on the monthly financial reports.  

  6.      An Ordinance Anticipating Revenue Of $207,187 In The General Fund; And Appropriating $207,187 From The General Fund To Various Homeland Security Budgets For 2010.   These monies were left out of the 2010 Budget in error.  (6.1)

  7.      An Ordinance Anticipating Revenues Of $20,000 In The General Fund; And Appropriating The Amount Of $20,000 From The General Fund To The Citizen Corp Fy2008 Budget For 2010.  The County has received notice that it has been awarded this grant from the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management and will be used to upgrade the accountability system used in emergencies.  (7.1)               

  8.      Request from the County Library to Recognize Additional Revenues of $3,405 to be Appropriated to the Greenland and Winslow Library Budgets.   The County Library has received additional revenues from the Arkansas State Library for the library branches in Greenland and Winslow.  (8.1)

  9.      Other Business.  Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.
