A G E N D A

 1.        Call to Order.

 2.        Adoption of Agenda.

 3.        Treasurer=s Report. County Treasurer Roger Haney will review the monthly revenue reports with the Committee.  Reports will be distributed at the meeting.

 4.         Comptroller=s Report. Cheryl Bolinger, County Comptroller, will update the Committee on the monthly financial reports.

 5.        Review of an Ordinance Reducing Full-time Salary Line Items in Various County Budgets and Restoring Those Funds to Unappropriated Reserves for 2010.  The 2010 Budget Controls state that surplus personnel appropriations shall be de-appropriated from Full-time Salaries on a quarterly basis (April/July/October).  These surplus funds shall be restored to unappropriated reserves except in the General Fund where the surplus funds shall be restored to short-term contingencies.  (5.1)

 6.        Request to Recognize and Appropriate Monies in the General, Drug Enforcement-State, and Drug Enforcement-Federal Funds for 2010.   These are the 3rd quarter monies received from drug seizure/forfeitures in Washington County and from the Sheriff’s Work Release Program.  (6.1, 6.2)

 7.        A Resolution Endorsing The Participation Of Delta Electronics Group In The Tax Back Program As Authorized By The Consolidated Incentive Act Of 2003 And Ark. Code Ann. §15-4-2706(D).  This resolution is being recommended by the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce.  (7.1, 7.2)

8.        A Resolution Authorizing The County Judge To Enter Into An Engineering Agreement With Engineering Services Incorporated.   This resolution is being brought to the Committee by Grant Administrator Wayne Blankenship and is needed for the Southeast Water Project.  (8.1)

9.         An Emergency Ordinance Granting Approval Of Short Term Financing With AT&T Capital Services, Inc., For Emergency 9-1-1 Equipment For 48 Months.  The Quorum Court approved this ordinance at its September meeting; however, the County Attorney is bringing this back before the Committee as additional information needs to be included.  (9.1-9.3)

10.       Other Business.  Any other business to be discussed by the Committee will be brought up at this time.

11.       Citizen Comments.

12.       Adjournment.
