Is the Property Search free?

No, there is a charge for the subscription.  The charge for the subscription covers the cost of maintenance for the website.  Monthly subscriptions are $15 per month and yearly are $150 per year.

How do I get a Member ID and Password to log into the Washington County Property Search website?

A copy of the contract and subscriber information form may be obtained from the assessor's office by request.  The telephone number to request a copy is (479) 444-1500 or email LWest@co.washington.ar.us.  A copy will be mailed, faxed or emailed to you.

Can I subscribe for only one month?

Yes, accounts are set up for only a month or even a couple of months per year.

How soon will my account be set up?

Your account will be set up as soon as the contract/subscriber information form and payment is received in the Assessor's office.

What type payments do you accept?

We are not set up at this time to accept credit or debit cards.  Payment will have to be by check or money order if by mail.  If payment is made in the Assessor's office, you may pay in cash.

How do I access this information for free?

Public computers are set up in the Assessor's office for research purposes.  There is no charge for the use of the computers but there will be a charge for any copies made in the office.
