Is the Property Search free?

No, there is a charge for the subscription.  The charge for the subscription covers the cost of maintenance for the website.  Monthly subscriptions are $15 per month and yearly are $150 per year.

How do I get a Member ID and Password to log into the Washington County Property Search website?

A copy of the contract and subscriber information form may be obtained from the assessor's office by request.  The telephone number to request a copy is (479) 444-1500 or email LWest@co.washington.ar.us.  A copy will be mailed, faxed or emailed to you.

Can I subscribe for only one month?

Yes, accounts are set up for only a month or even a couple of months per year.

How soon will my account be set up?

Your account will be set up as soon as the contract/subscriber information form and payment is received in the Assessor's office.

What do all those codes mean?

Note - Public computers are set up in the Assessor's office for the public for research purposes.  There is no charge for the use of the computers but there will be a charge for any copies made in the office.
